These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the GoldenEmploy Employer mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the "Application") created by Infimintus Technologies (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider").
The Application is provided as a Freemium service, intended for use “AS IS.”
By downloading, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall or stop using the Application immediately.

1. Use of the Application

You agree to use the Application only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You must not:

  • Engage in any activity that may disrupt or interfere with the functionality or performance of the Application.

  • Use the Application to distribute spam, malware, or any other harmful content.

  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify any part of the Application.

  • Use the Application for fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful activities.

The Service Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to users who violate these Terms.

2. User Information and Account Responsibility

To use certain features of the Application, you may be required to provide accurate information such as your name, company name, contact number, email address, registered company documents, and address.

You agree that:

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and information.

  • You will not share your login credentials with others.

  • You will notify the Service Provider immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access or use of your account.

The Service Provider is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these responsibilities.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in and to the Application - including but not limited to software, logos, trademarks, designs, text, and graphics - are owned by Infimintus Technologies.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Application for its intended purpose.
You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Application or its content;

  • Use any part of the Application for commercial purposes without prior written consent from the Service Provider.

4. Freemium Model and Paid Services

The Application is offered under a Freemium model, meaning some features may be available for free while others require payment or subscription.

All transactions and payments, if applicable, will be processed through the authorized app marketplace (e.g., Google Play Store) and are subject to their terms and refund policies.
The Service Provider does not directly process payments and is not responsible for any transaction-related disputes with such third parties.

5. Third-Party Services

The Application uses third-party services for analytics, crash reporting, and other functionalities, including but not limited to:

  • Google Play Services

  • Google Analytics for Firebase

  • Firebase Crashlytics

These third-party providers have their own Terms of Service and Privacy Policies, which govern your use of their services.
By using this Application, you acknowledge and agree to comply with those third-party terms as applicable.

6. Termination of Use

The Service Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Application at any time, without prior notice, if:

  • You breach any provision of these Terms;

  • You engage in activity that may harm the Application, its users, or the Service Provider;

  • Required by law or government order.

Upon termination, your right to use the Application ceases immediately.
You may also terminate your use by uninstalling the Application at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Infimintus Technologies shall not be liable for any:

  • Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;

  • Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities;

  • Any unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your data.

Your use of the Application is at your sole risk. The Service Provider makes no warranties that the Application will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from harmful components.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Infimintus Technologies, its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of:

  • Your use or misuse of the Application;

  • Violation of these Terms;

  • Infringement of any third-party rights or applicable laws.

9. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Application is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.
By using the Application, you consent to the practices outlined in the Privacy Policy.

10. Security

The Service Provider implements physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect your data.
However, you acknowledge that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and the Service Provider cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Changes to the Terms

The Service Provider may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted within the Application or on this page.
Continued use of the Application after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
All disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.
