These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the GoldenEmploy Employer mobile application ("Application") provided by Infimintus Technologies ("Service Provider", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Application.

1. Use of the Application

The Application is offered as a Freemium service and is intended for use "AS IS." You may use the Application only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

  • Use the Application for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activity.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Application or its related systems.

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the Application or any part thereof.

  • Upload, post, or transmit any content that infringes on others’ rights or violates applicable laws.

2. User Accounts and Responsibilities

To use certain features of the Application, you may be required to register an account by providing accurate and complete information such as your name, phone number, email address, company name, and registration details.

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

  • All activities that occur under your account.

  • Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized use of your account or security breach.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or involve suspicious activity.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality in the Application - including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software - are owned by Infimintus Technologies and protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Application or its content without prior written consent from the Service Provider.

4. Subscription and Payment Terms

The Application may offer both free and premium features ("Freemium model").
Access to premium features may require payment of applicable fees as described within the Application or app marketplace.

All payments are subject to the terms and policies of the third-party app store (Google Play Store, etc.). We are not responsible for any issues arising from such payment platforms.

5. Third-Party Services

The Application uses third-party services that have their own Terms and Privacy Policies, including but not limited to:

  • Google Play Services

  • Google Analytics for Firebase

  • Firebase Crashlytics

You acknowledge that your use of such third-party services is subject to their respective policies, and we are not responsible for their actions or omissions.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Application at any time, without notice or liability, for any reason - including violation of these Terms, misuse, or inactivity.

Upon termination, your right to use the Application will immediately cease. Certain obligations such as confidentiality, intellectual property, and limitation of liability will survive termination.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Infimintus Technologies shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the Application.

  • Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

  • Any unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your information.

You acknowledge and agree that your use of the Application is at your own risk.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Infimintus Technologies, its employees, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your:

  • Violation of these Terms;

  • Misuse of the Application;

  • Violation of any law or third-party rights.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We make no guarantee that:

  • The Application will function uninterrupted or error-free;

  • Any defects will be corrected;

  • The Application is free from viruses or harmful components.

10. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Application is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Please review it carefully to understand how we collect, use, and safeguard your data.

11. Changes to Terms

The Service Provider may modify these Terms from time to time. Any updates will be posted within the Application or on this page.
Continued use of the Application after changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.
